In my coaching program, I emphasize the importance of macronutrients - proteins, fats, and carbohydrates - and how to combine them optimally for a more efficient metabolism. Every individual is unique, so we apply a customized and effective approach to your goals, whether it is fat loss, muscle gain, or a healthy and balanced lifestyle. This coaching offers you: - Free intake - Customized nutrition plan - Training and movement tips (progressive training plan can be added + €50) - Knowledge about nutrition, macros, and habits - Weekly check-ins and assessments The ultimate goal of my coaching program is to equip you with the skills and knowledge to make the right nutritional choices independently. By the end of the program, you’ll understand how to adjust your nutritional intake based on your body’s needs, activity levels, and goals. This independence is crucial for maintaining your health and achieving continuous progress long after our sessions have ended.
